Light at the end of the tunnel?

My dad has finally made the decision to sell the property in Portugal. It's been sitting idle for almost 20 years, and it will stay that way for a long time - my parents aren't going back to live there, and we have enough relatives to stay over at whenever we visit Portugal. Here it goes...

I'm Portuguese-born, moved to Germany when I was 1 year-old(in 1975), lived there until 1982 when I moved back to Portugal, and then in 1990 I moved to Canada, where I still live.

I hope that gives you all the information you need. I still speak Portuguese, altough I've forgotten a little, and I forgot all the German, despite the fact that it was my first spoken language.

Oh, and keep posting the wonderful pictures on your livejournal. I haven't commented much lately, and chances are that it'll be a while. :-)

ah ok, that explains :) so do you feel you're Portuguese or Canadian?

oh i've got plenty of pictures yet to post and more all the time, i can't put my camera down! so no worries.. they shall keep coming. except not as often probably since i'm going back to finland and won't have a computer :/

I feel a bit of both. In general, I would say mostly Canadian, since I've been here for so long. But I still have my roots to hang on to.
