I think this looks great so far! The only change that I would make (were I fortunate enough to be skilled enough to create) is to remove the midriff. It's probably just a personal thing with me, but I don't like it when athletic wear shows belly. So I vote less butt/less midriff but even if you kept it the same I would still download and be thrilled =)

Omg, yay! I was about to say that I would like it better without the midriff part (mostly because I don't enjoy seeing my sims' buttcracks :P), haha. Looking forward to you uploading them!

First off, I think this is a really cute idea. Texture-wise I'd have to aggree about less mid-riff. The texture you're using is a little shaded around the top, so if the hem of the shirt would hang over there a little, it'd probably look a bit more natural.
Secondly - and I'm sorry if I am wrong, because I cannot for sure tell from your pictures - a seamline at the end of the pantlegs might be nice, as well.
