My favorite part of the day lately is the hour just after I've had my coffee in the morning, when the caffeine is fully perking through my veins and the day is laid out before me, full of possibilities.

I'm proud to say I finally made perfect biscuits last night.  I never thought I'd nail it, but I did.  What a triumph!

I love that time of day too. Especially if I'm also the only one in the house who is awake at the time.
