Although I took them to the freestanding in Willowbend instead of the Pro store.
I actually called them to make sure that I could get the Barbie e/s, and when they told me no, I asked for the manager. I was as polite as possible and explained that MAC online had told me that we would be allowed to B2M for Barbie e/s, and I asked if she could double check. She seemed rather annoyed, which I can understand. When I called back later, I was told that she had left a message for corporate and someone called back and left a message for her that said we could indeed B2M for Barbie e/s.
