What's the arms thing mean, I'm curious :) Sucks about asthma, though - soo glad I don't have to deal with that. Watching my brother deal with it growing up was more than enough for me.

The arms thing is me using my little free weights (only 1lb for now b/c I'm a wimp and I can't find the heavier ones, lol) and doing various arm movements that I've seen used for exercises before. So, instead of just biking or biking and then doing arm exercises, I'm combining the two. If I keep my arms moving the whole time, then I'll put 100%.
Yeah, the asthma part sucks, but it's not too terribly bad. At this point, it means that I need to go a teensy bit slower, or I need to take my inhaler a few minutes before I start exercising as a preventative. I tell ya though, it's just another reason/excuse/barrier for me exercising enough, and I've got too many of those.
Yeah, I've been putting my exercise stuff on Twitter, and unfortunately Twitter has put on some rate limiting things so that the service to ship my tweets to LJ has had problems for a few weeks now. No one's tweets have been shipping, and lots of people have been complaining. Then randomly, today at noon (although I have it set for 5:09am) they came through... for everyone on my friends list who uses twitter. So my entire friends page is full of twitter posts! Maybe this is a sign that it will work from now on?
