I hardly ever check in here anymore, but that seems to be the trend. Anyone else still come here and read these things? I used to check at least once a day, but suddenly I was busy and not sure what to say to catch up and then it was just too much work and then no one else was here ( Read more... )

Now that my parents have moved and retired, I use it as a way of keeping them up to date, and use phone calls for real conversations. And to vent. And to pontificate on the deeper meaning of life. And to get attention and feel loved - pathetic I know, but when you live alone and work full time, this is a good outlet and inlet for emotions.

I'm so glad Maurice has a job now, and isn't looking at houses FUN? We're getting to do that now also and I'm enjoying it thoroughly.

Please email me about the house stuff. My mom specializes in USDA government loans and I could have her send you all the information. It's not a scam......... She has been able to get people houses that are like $200 something thousand for a house payment of around $600-$700/month. A lot of people don't know about the program, so that is why you haven't heard of it.
