i don't know what kind of marketing tactic they employ at shoppers drug mart but whatever it is, it's working (and consequently burning a hole in my wallet)! it seems that whenever i visit any of their stores, i leave with a chockful of (unnecessary) stuff

i don't have an optimum card. sore loser, thy name is cat. but anyway, that's okay. i love my (unnecessary) "health and wellness" products.

i went to ottawa last week. at the height of their coldest week yet. winterlude was actually meh, but we took advantage of the free entrance to the parliament buildings so it wasn't all for naught. spring or fall visit would've been eons better. our b+b place was awesome, though. so yeah, there were yays and nays on that trip. :D

btw, i'm going to start yoga next week. not at yoga sanctuary, but at yoga lounge on richmond/church. i'm tres excited.
