Thought I'd update you on the kitty leash situation.  It's gone from good to bad.  She still doesn't mind the body straps portion of the leash, but decided to do some chewing Monday night.  By the time I caught it, the leash from looped handle to clip was coated in warm, moist kitty saliva.  This ranks up there with the grossest things Honey has ( Read more... )

The salivatatious* leash was placed in bio-containment level 4 and the offender jailed for her crimes.
And to think, we worried about Saddam Hussein having WMD... *LOL*

I thought there was something special wrong with Lu because she drools/slobbers more than any cat I've ever had in my life. I have this blanket on my bed that she likes to pretend like she's nursing off of, so it will have big, slobbery patches on it and I'll stick my hand in them unknowingly. It's really gross.

I'm glad to know that it isn't just her, though.

I haven't tried putting Lula on a leash, but I will tell you that she did not enjoy wearing a little bunny outfit or the Argyle sweater that I got for her. In fact, while she was wearing them she just fell over on the floor like she couldn't walk. She's such a drama queen!

I think Honey would complain up a storm if we put an entire outfit on her. Cats are born thespians.
