Here is a fun little video that shows the process of spinning and weaving by hand.

In case you were curious, the spinning wheel she is using is a Lendrum double treadle folding wheel, and the loom is some sort of rigid heddle loom, possibly a Kromski Harp.

I'm just interested in the fabric and how it is made. Also, I'm trying to figure out how much of the quality that is possible to achieve using current methods is the result of automation.
