Thats what it says on the gate to hell in Dante's Inferno. thats what it says in my head when i think about how awful people are to each other. just think about the state of the world today. violence every time we turn on the tv, women getting raped, men being killed in the "fight for peace", people getting the shit kicked

Well, not everybody who has HPV 6 or 11 get genital warts. It also can be a year or two before one actually develops warts from the time they are infected, but they can still spread them. Unless they had a PCR test, they may not have known. Not sure if that makes you feel better or not. Thought I'd point it out in case it does though.

Incidentally, the new HPV vaccine which will be available soon will not cure HPV 6 or 11, but surprisingly it has shown significantly reduced breakouts and virus levels in women who are vaccinated post-infection. Initially, the vaccine is being approved only for women pre-infection, but it should hopefully be available for men and post-infection women at some point as well. Which means that at that point you could be treated (though not "cured") and any future partners of yours could be vaccinated and never contract it from you.
