Most treatments take more than three days to kick in. Don't stress out too much. Also, as I pointed out earlier, when the vaccine becomes available, it has shown fantastic results for people already infected, so hopefully there will be even better treatments on the market soon than there already are.

I actually sent out a mass email to Coe email addresses back when they were testing the vaccine at the UI. It's probably too late to get into this study and it doesn't sound like this one is on people already infected anyway, but they may be doing other studies too, so here's the info from 10 months ago:

HPV VACCINE STUDY: Healthy non-pregnant females between the ages of 15 to 25
are invited to participate in a four-year study (up to 10 visits). The research will determine if an investigational HPV vaccine is effective in preventing HPV infection when compared to a hepatitis A vaccine control. Participants must agree to use an effective birth control method through month eight of the study. Routine gynecologic care, lab work, and pap smears are provided. Compen$ation also provided. For more information on how you can participate, call 319-384-4531 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
