I guess Spring lasted three weeks before we went straight into summer, and the world has a certain glow that isn't the wet asphalt baking dry in the parted clouds. i remember summertime chicago fondly...so hot and breezy. i loved sitting on the lake beach in north chicago (off of howard) reading one of many books i finished that summer.

i'm talking myself out of moving up to chicago if i don't get into grad school. do you get used to the winter?

and...the summer brings about beautiful women in less clothing. i enjoy the sights.

Oddly it's not so much less clothing. Maybe it's less coats.
