Yeah, I worry about that too. Luckily, Paul is near senescence anyway, so if he does get eaten he'll have lived a long, and psychically active, life.

After all my teams were eliminated, I got bored too. However, the arms of the psychic octopus have drawn me back in. I'll have to e-mail and see if they are going to have Paul predict the winner of the finals.

p.s. Paul was named after Paul McCartney.

This psychic octopus is makin me nervous. It called England's defeat to Germany, too.

And ALSO, dang it! I was looking forward to an epic Netherlands-Germany showdown! (My boyfriend was in Amsterdam last night, and didn't go down to the Museumplein. Arg! I would have.)

I don't know if they are going to have it pick for the finals. I think it was just a Germany thing. I'm going to send some e-mails though.
