a) working at starbucks is easy, just ask korey.

b) a pt cruiser is a piece of shit. It was always my belief that the "pt" is homage to "pt barnum," as this car is an automotive freakshow.

c) definitely report this to insurance, especially if you think you might need chiropractic whatnot. Even though you were clearly not at fault (very good of you to keep from hitting the car in front of you), your insurance rates may still increase for living in an area that has now proven to be accident prone. When I moved to san rafael my rates increased simply because statistics suggested that accidents happen more frequently there. Anyways, the bitch deserves the mar on her record. Her parents know it is ultimately more expensive to have a fuck-up minor on their insurance than to pay extra to settle under the table.

d) I hit a deer junior year of high school. It sucked.

Working at Starbucks is easy. Just don't take your training for granted, and be sure to know your "greet" "anticapate" and "selling suggestion."

I agree with Brian, as I'm sure your father would also say that you should report the accident to your insurance company. That way the repracutions of the accident are proporly taken care of, i.e. your insurance company paying to fix your car, or they offer to buy it off you.
