The department of homeland security is proposing to put ankle bracelets for electronic monitoring on all legal immigrants who are applying to stay in the US, even those who have never even been accused of a crime. The electronic monitoring system is the same as the one used for rapists and murderers who are on probation or parole

You've got to be kidding me!

This is fucking ridiculous. What does the department think they're doing? They're talking about putting these on hundreds of thousands of people every year, thats just more money that they're taking away from education, social security, you know, all those governent programs that are getting screwed repeatedly for no damn reason.

We are led by a government of idiots...
