Couch to 5k
Stopped procrastinating today and started a new fitness plan - week 1 run 1 of the Couch to 5k program. It was ok - not too easy but not desperately aerobically hard.
Now all I've got to do is keep my keen! -

Costume lovers ahoy!
For those of you who make stuff, may I recommend the Northern Society of Costume and Textiles? They publish four pattern packs for a few quid, each of which has historical notes and scaled patterns for historical garments.
