Ok,I try to keep the politics to a minimum here, I have my views, you have yours, and some people I care very much about feel very differently than I do. But I want to make something clear. I'm tired of the great political divide in our nation. I'm tired of people touting the party line and looking to assign blame instead of looking for solutions

honestly, i hope the guy does OK. he's got a tough 4 years ahead of him, and he will be under heavy scrutiny the entire time...i think it'll be far worse for him than it was for Bushy-poo.

that said, i'll be quite unhappy if the man allows laws to be passed that revoke our constitutional rights. i did not vote for him based on things he has done in the past regarding firearm legislation, and i'm still not happy he was voted into office because of his past.

so...i'm hunkering down and waiting the next 4 years out. i hope he improves things for the general public.

Sigh... yeah, he's up there so high on that pedestal that he's going to have to pretty much save the country single-handedly or people are going to claim he's awful, useless and a failure.. even if he does a lot of good.
