In my quest to get healthier I've cut my soda consumption back to one can/glass/bottle a day. Yesterday I also didn't have any coffee and as a result I've got a pounding headache.
It's often easier to taper down rather than to quit cold turkey, but you've got to do what works for you. And good on ya for recognizing where you need to get healthier habits and tackling it - I wish you luck.
