I think I've befriended a neighborhood cat. I saw it a couple of nights ago and it wouldn't come near me, but tonight it let me pet it and then followed me around. It's so skinny though! You can see its spinal cord and rib cage under its fur. If someone owns it then that's disgusting and if it was abandoned, well I don't know which is worse....
