I'm enjoying this so far. Decently-written plotfic is a thing of beauty and a joy forever. I particularly liked Toph's training sessions in the previous chapter; the oh-shit! turn at the end of this one works nicely, as well. I look forward to the next installment!

Particularly your comments on Toph's training session, because I've had some people express concerns as to Toph's characterization, and I'm glad to see that my take on it wasn't too far off the mark.
