Do teenage girl/women/whatever just get wider? I'm not fat, that's not what i'm saying. If anything, I have less fat on my stomach than last year. but i just tried on my prom dress (that i made and love more than anything i could ever dream of making) and it all fits except there's no way it would ever zip all the way. i'm talking by at least an

awww i love you dude
it doesnt mean your whole back/body got wider, your hips changing would change the fit enough to make it not zip all the way, and thats just because we're girls and for some reason our bodies have serious A.D.D. haha. so really, you just got a better body with better hips.

and if it makes you feel any better, during the school year i couldnt get the zipper on my homecoming dress up either, it had a good two inches to go. and it fits again now and i have no idea how except maybe because i stopped thinking about it not fitting and got out of stressful school and back to comfortable home. so i bet your dress will fit again! maybe when your body finishes whatever transition its making now and your life isn't so crazy and you arent thinking about work and going back to school and everything.
