No, Ambassador / Citizen G'Kar may not be re-cast...but I can see JMS telling the story of the young G'Kar - from when he was a pouchling, and Narn was ruled mercilessly by the Centauri - and how G'Kar becomes that Narn who writes the Book of G'Kar.
