a couple of weeks ago i got a package slip on friday. i then dutifully waited in for them to deliver my phone on saturday as they had promised that my phone would arrive ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 8AM AND 1PM. of course they never showed AND of course friday's package slip was my phone but the post office was then not open for delivery since it was after 1pm. i was highly annoyed and yes, i DID cry that afternoon. clearly i'm an impatient crybaby but it was totally infuriating!
I'm also an impatient crybaby, so you're in good company. In the end the stupid package arrived by 1PM, and after some drama at Verizon (that was the fault of the company that insures my phone, not Verizon themselves) I got my phone replaced. But that day was exhausting as hell. First-world problems all around for sure, but annoying.
