I assume you've only friended me to bring my attention to this post - I hope you'll understand if I don't return the favour. This isn't a game I'm interested in playing.

Actually, its not in the least reason for friending you. That was purely out of interest. I've been meaning to get to genghis con, finally got to swancon last year and regularly attend jafwa and Waicon. I have a wide variation of interests and you seem interesting.

"AND THIS IS NOT A GAME TO PLAY". Its about awareness.

People have been hurt and used. Nice people, which is what really cuts deep. Three acquantainces have even been accused of rape by her!! She has taken money from a friend at my computer club for a costume which she never provided and cut off all communications with him. But I don't want to get into all the sh*t again...

I just want people to be wary and not get hurt or suffer because of her again.

She really is a delusional and dangerous individual.

My apologies. I found no link between us other than the timing of your friending coinciding with this post, and I jumped to conclusions - there's too much of that going on already, and I've not helped.

I don't want to get into all the specific issues you mentioned - I've heard conflicting stories from the two of you, and am not about to go chasing down third parties to get to the truth of the matter. Still, if you do want to be helpful, may I suggest that the style of your post above really doesn't help your credibility? If you want to warn people to be careful, then just stick to that - quoting someone else's post in it's entirety then shouting at them in public just sounds juvenile.

Again - sorry we've got off to a bad start.

Yes, I agree with you about the wrong way to go about it. Unfortunately I've found no other way to be able to do anything about Amanda. Mostly i've had to do nothing ( ... )
