I've been reading (through my flaming atheist significant other) a lot of CS Lewis, and he has a lot of interesting ideas about blame and shame and their role in Christianity and the afterlife. It's got me thinking, which is a good thing.

To be honest, I don't think any large public gathering that doesn't show support for the current Russian regime (or Russia in general) is supported in the least by the government. YAY oppression!

Not that they're not psychotically anti-gay in Russia, but that they are even more filled with hatred than "just" that.
