Back when Bush was talking so heatedly about the moon, David Chappelle did a sketch on his comedy show where he was a black version of George Bush, that was one of his quote from that episode.

Hahahahaha. Stalin's moustache is actually more of a #5, it's only a #1 in a few pictures I've found. #1 is a very uncommon moustache.
