I have always been interested in a wide range of scientific topics. Narrowing down which A Level subjects and then which degree to choose was very difficult! I took astronomy at GCSE and both chemistry and physics at A Level. I decided to take chemistry at university as it covered a wide range, from maths and physics through to biology. Good luck! A young online friend of mine left her graduate program, drifted for a little why, began volunteering at a large Science Museum and then was employed as and educator. She just completed a huge demonstration of Science is Cool during the intermission of an enormous sporting event. She LOVES it. I would LOVE to go back and do science ed. Good luck!!!

Sorry, hit the send too soon and I don't have edit. The point is, I know folks who have done this, they love it and I really hope that it works out for you because it really does sound like such great and enormous fun.

Thank you! Haha leaving uni then drifting for a bit sounds familiar..

Enormous fun is about right :D

A friend suggested I apply there, and as soon as she did I was all 'Now why didn't I think of that? Sounds perfect!'
