is the engine tricked out for race duty?
if so- the non-cold-idle might just be normal-
big cams and fat carbs will do that :)

the engine is only mildly touched (hayabusa pistons, gen2 sv cams), but the carbs are race. It's not just that, there's something wrong with the rear carb. I might switch back to stock for reliability and/or have the flat slides rebuilt.
