Vroom, vroom!

Wow... weeks just seem to fly by sometimes, eh? And I suppose this update is a bit tardy.

So... what have Teeka and I been up to? )

Wow, the darn things are CONTAGIOUS!

I hear you about how easy it is to speed - I regularly find myself doing 70 in Kiefer's car when I only mean to do 60. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would buy an SUV when they could have a Prius - it hauls nearly as much, is far more practical, and has SUCH cool toys!

So, what color didja get? Did you get the full accessory package?

I'm highly thinking of getting one when I get the ol' PT cruiser paid off, assuming that no one makes a hybrid version of it first.

1) I was starting to worry! I haven't heard from you two for a while!

2) Breadmakers rock. Especially since you probably don't get sourdough up there.

3) Gratz on the Prius! I haven't had to tow or service any of them, so I dunno what they're like, but if I ever have to give up my car, I'd probably give them a good look.

I have heard that some CV transmissions have an option to simulate a non-CV transmission, but it's much less efficient.

I'd wondered who's little blue car that was parked in your driveway. For neighbors, we sure don't see much of each other!

Y'know, I've been kinda looking at new cars. I'd just about written the Prius off because I'm not sure if there's room for a dog in the back without folding the seats. I've never actually seen one in person though. I think I might need a demo of your car before I make up my mind. My other choice right now is a VW Golf TurboDiesel. 50 MPG sounds pretty good, even if they do smell and sound funny.

And of course, you can get a VW used... for someone who works for a non-profit that's kinda important.

Anyway, congrats on the new car. I really must go check it out.

Welcome to the club :) They are great cars, and worth the cost I think.
