You know... one of these days LJ is going to have a "like" button like FB does. ;)

As I read through the article, I found myself comparing the various tropes to a piece I'm working on... and then I got the brilliant idea to use them all. You know, kind of like that bet about the worst story either of the two authors could get published...

My head hurts just thinking about that. I just read through a dozen 365 submissions and almost all violated at least one of these 'rules' in an unforgivable way. Sometimes I just want to include a link to this or something like that in the rejection letter - I'm just not sure people would take it the right way.
