It's interesting to me how self-serving people can be when they are claiming to be helping others. I am a pretty trusting person, so I don't often question peoples' motives when they are offering me advice. However, maybe I should scrutinize their advice more carefully. Are they really trying to help me, or are they trying to do something else.
