I just found out that my office is built next to a Superfund site. That means that some company spilled chemicals here that contaminated the drinking water. 3 people in my company have been diagnosed with cancer in the past 4 months. I hope the two are not related. On that note, I will no longer be drinking the water here.

YIKES!! That's kinda unnerving. No water coolers in your office?

They have water coolers, but they switched to using filtered tap water about six months ago, and a few months later, people started being diagnosed. Yikes. Maybe it's a coincidence, but 3 people in 4 months in an office consisting of less than 100 people is a pretty big coincidence...
