Okay, why couldn't the expanded universe be like this? This makes the empire seem like it's got some institutional weight while the rebels don't seem like they've formed an instant government.

Though you loose points for Jar Jar ;) It's contractual.

WOW. That is all I can say here is WOW! m(_ _)m you really worked out so many of the details and painted this incredibly intriguing tale of what could come to pass post RTOJ.

Please tell me that you're planning to write this in th enear future I'd love to read it!

And on that note...Would it be alright if I added you to my flist? Even if its only so I could be kept up to date on your ideas and the tale itself? I just love your thoughts on these characters and what has become of them, how the war has changed them and what lies ahead its brilliant!

Sure, it's alright to add me to your list - I made sure you've been added to mine so you can see the f-locked posts (which is almost everything). I honestly don't know if I'll be writing fic for this concept, but I'm thinking about it. Problem is I have so many already waiting for attention, and my job is, well, a bit demanding. But this spawned so many plot bunnies, so we'll see!

With the cast and everything. Not just the characters, you listed the CAST. Now I'm thinking up character design, etc, and wishing it was real.
