Ditto on the pictures living on in my mind... and able to take me back right away when I see one!

AND THE DICE, WITH THE WAX?!? I had forgotten!

I am kind of sad to think that all this is in my past because I did love it so, but I guess that D&Ds spirit lives on in the more socially-acceptable video games.

RIP.

I'm sad about it too, but I no longer have the time to devote to a campaign, even if I could get one together! I don't even have time for WOW, and I know I would love that...

Your post made me turn my chair around to grab one of my first edition Player's Handbook off the shelf.

Yes, plural. Yes, within 5 feet of reach.

Next to the Deities & Demigods, Unearthed Arcana, Monsters Manual and DM Guide... Also still have my dice bag, with wax, within 10 ft. And still have greaser pencils all over the house (they're great for marking fridge food with their open date).

I'm starting to panic, though, because my character sheets aren't where they're supposed to me. What will become of Sebastian Johann my half-spectre theif and Refreid and Pinto twins (It's pronounced Reh'FREED).

I must find them.
