Got emotional after I heard a distant aunt tell her story to my mother. How her son and daughter in law treated her as untouchable and how she was not allowed to play with her granddaughter. I didn't go to that extent in my blog.

Hmm..actually reminded me of a cousin whom I know, felt tears in my eyes...had called my aunt and uncle to make sure they were ok. Wonder why anyone want to do that to their own parents? What if parents had abandoned that child?

Parents abandoning their children?
I believe that would be a very rare phenomenon specially in a country like India.
