Well. I'm not an expert at it, but what i do is pretty simple. i get a layout that i like, like the whole setup and everything, and then i change the html and pics and w/e i want to it. but i think tha tyou do know a little html, because dont you make your own layouts for your site? so i guess you could cal it making a layout... kinda. i dont know. lol. well. cya.
