i swear i knew i was eligible for the cal grant. i was absolutley positive. and wat's more... i was right. HOWEVER..!!! apparently the social security administration couldn't confirm that i was a us citizen.. ALTHOUGH I AMMM!!! and therefore couldn't give me my grant. WHYYYYY!!!!????

Woa, totally different journal haha. Aww you were totally eligible but couldn't get it? Is there any way you could prove to them you're a citizen and get the grant? :(
