Review of Noma

I'm a fan of Gotham Gal, who writes a lot about food, travel, and art.  She also takes great pics.  This a review of Noma, which was named the world's best restaurant in 2011.  I also included a review of one of the proteges of Noma who went on to open his own restaurant.

Ooh! Willows Inn restaurant looks like a fun place to go to!

Gotham Gal is interesting but she recommended one place that left a fairly sour taste in my mouth. I never did end up going, but it took forever to get them to confirm a certain expectation.

I should also amend: I am interested to see how Mia Stainsby's review stacks up to what I think. Her Asian food reviews are fairly poor, IMO.

750 Wines. So frustrating at first that I wrote a Yelp review. Then they gave me a phone call and I refused to give them a full complimentary review still, or repeal my review.

I amended my review from 1 to 3 stars in order to shut them up. That being said, my review was moved to 'Filtered'.

I find it amusing that in English NOMA is an inflamed mouth.
