I think it's like google and they are catering their ads towards you...for instance, the banner ad I see right now for me says "meet girls who are looking for men with a GIGANTIC COCK."

Are you sure you aren't just seeing one targeted ad where there are actually two? "You could meet some girls, I guess..." followed by "STROKE THE GIGANTIC COCK AND WIN A FREE IPOD*", for instance? I see the latter a lot. Actually, I'm still waiting for my iPod, but I'm not complaining.
