WHOA WHOA HAHAHAHA YOU ACTUALLY MANAGED TO CHAR HAE MEE IN SWEDEN?! Coolios man. I dont even know what ingredients should go into a plate of prawn mee lah HAHAHAHA you know, to make it have that distinct prawn mee taste.

But coincidentally, i just had char hae mee for dinner yesterday! :)

I attempt a few more times and perfect it first okay!!! Anyway its damn easy. I use spaghetti noodles to cook. Just cook the spaghetti longer so it will be soft and more starchy. Then put the usual garlic to fry.Then continuously put in oyster sauce and water as you fry it. If got wok will be easier i think :) gd luck!!
