Mission "The Dark Assembly" COMPLETE
The mission "The Dark Assembly" was completed successfully, although it was pretty dumb.

A GDF team was deployed to the Netherworld's governing body, the Dark Assembly, in order to open a channel which we can use to access their world, instead of it only being a one-way connection. After a very brief and disappointing stint in the Item World, the GDF arrived at the Dark Assembly, which was almost led by Etna, before it was taken over by Overlord Laharl, King of the Netherworld.
A number of insignificant bills were passed, until the GDF reached the important bill - the opening of the Dimensional Gate. The entire senate opposed the bill, and had to be subdued by force. Among them was a Ryu user, Graches, who dueled Adeu. At first he defeated Adeu without even using his Ryu, but when Adeu's determination refused to let him admit defeat, Graces summoned his Ryu and the two fought, Adeu barely defeating Graces.
Meanwhile, the number of senators dwindled, but Laharl proved more powerful than the rest of them put together. However, when it looked like he might defeat the GDF, Mid-Boss arrived on the scene, pointing out that, because the GDF now outnumbered Laharl 6 to 1, they just needed to call a revote. They did, and the bill was passed, leaving Laharl to fume impotently as the GDF returned home successfully.

Further Notes
-Vita's hat was taken back from Etna.
-All involved characters were awarded 1 Felony. This will be stamped on their status screen permanently, and their EXP Gains are increased by one percent. No, we don't know what that means either.
-Signum's Title has permanently changed to [Boob Monster].
