Deep Thought

(You find Fate in the rehearsal room for the band. In front of her are several sheets of music. She seems to be deep in thought. Soon, she releases a heavy sigh while pushing her hat down a bit to cover her eyes.)

What are we going to do without a drummer? We barely made it by without a guitarist...Will this really be the end of the Multiversals?

(Fate looks up at Setsuna in suprise.)

Really? That's great! Do you know how to read sheet music? I can teach you if you'd like.

[Remembers being taught how to read sheet music by Ali Al Saachez. It was bloodyhorrifyingalltheheadseverywhere... unique.] That won't be necessary. Please lead me to the drums.

Alright. There is a drum set in the corner there.

(Fate points to the drum set conveniently in the room.)

[nods, goes to the drum set, starts experimenting...

He seems rather focused. Best leave him be...]

(Fate remains silent as she waits for Setsuna to get ready.)

[orewagundamda]

[He breathes in deeply, then he begins to play.]

[lightning_1]

(Fate closes her eyes and listens to Setsuna play. Once he was done she opens them and claps.)

That was very good. How long have you played the drums?

[orewagundamda]

[...] The last time I played... was when I was six. [what] It's been twelve years since those days. [Well doesn't that sound pleasant.]

(Fate catches Sestuna's tone.)

...Do you wish to talk about it?

[orewagundamda]

[Setsuna's thinking about it, but he shakes his head in the negative.] There are things I need to keep secret as a Gundam Meister of Celestial Being. My Origins are one of those things. [Oh yeah, he never said that he did that.] I am a Gundam Meister of Celestial Being. [There we go.]

[lightning_1]

(Fate's eyes widen slightly.)

You're a member of Celestial Being?

[orewagundamda]

[eyebrow rise at the surprise.] Is this a problem... [shit, what was her name? Did she ever tell him?!]

(Fate's eyes narrow.)

I heard you are a terrorist group that wants to end war with more war. As a member of the TSAB, I do have a problem with that.

[orewagundamda]

[shakes his head at that.] You don't use MORE war to end war, that simply perpetuates the cycle of war. What you do is use the same out amount of war to, instead of continue war, force war to cease to a complete stop. More than that, we are not terrorists. A terrorist group intentionally strikes out at civilian targets for personal gain. Our targets have been strictly military or terrorist in origin for the sake of putting an end to war.

But in the end all it boils down to is fighting violence with violence. You all are no better than the groups you are fighting. Wars are part of human nature as humans fight for their beliefs. What if a group of oppressed people start to fight a tyrant that has been looming over them for years? What will you do?
