1. Crop to 100x100

2. Duplicate your base and set to screen 100% (this may by different...depends on how dark your icon is)

3. Now make a new layer, selective color:
REDS: -100, 0, +100, +43
YELLOWS: -38, +23, +100, +53
NEUTRALS: +26, -3, -19, +6
BLACKS: 0, 0, 0, +16

4. Make a new fill layer will the color #a60000 set to difference opacity 14%.

5. Make another Selective Color layer:
REDS: -100, -19, +100, -11
YELLOWS: -79, +75, +81, +63
NEUTRALS: +26, -10, -24, -8

6. Make a new Color Balance layer:

MIDTONES: +74, - 4, -7
SHADOWS: -30, -12, -18
HIGHLIGHTS: -100, -21, -26
