I guess that's SSB sung to the tune of Tales of Symphonia. The poster on Youtube didn't make it. The original is linked in the description: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm4265500Read more... )
Like the description says, it's Sumabura characters posing as Tales of characters ('Tales of' is a series of games that encompasses much more titles than just Symphonia). The song seems to be the opening to the xbx360/ps3 installment, Tales of Vesperia, see also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73SA7hCXl4g for the english version by the same artist. [/obligatory wiseassing]
As for the Marths, I'm sure at least in one of these shots he is supposed to be Leon Magnus, which is some major angst-ridden dark hero character in Destiny 1&2. Games that I haven't actually played, but because of Leon's rather striking resemblance to Marth (mostly the artbook one) plus the fact he is voiced by Midorikawa Hikaru this guy has always been within my attention scope anyhow.

Making parodies of anime Openings and Endings with big fandoms is a popular thing to do for Japanese fans. My favourite parodies are the Kodomo no Jikan ED and SoulEater parodies. The Ichigo Marshallow one is cute, too. Doesn't seem to be finished, though.
Actually, I still play Marth. I'm better with Marth. I just like making things difficult for myself.
I've seen some of those other videos. Kodomo no Jikan ED is like SSB on crack. The Ichigo one gets creepy with the chibi-fication. Or maybe I'm allergic to cute.
