I heard that Marth won't be in the next Super Smash Brothers game. I hope that's not true. =/

Last I heard, the only confirmed returning characters for Brawl are: Mario, Link, Kirby, Pikachu and Samus. Basically, the ones that appeared in the trailer. I think the developers did say that some characters might not return, but they did not say which ones. So there's no evidence that Marth will or won't be in it.

People have been speculating that maybe they'll take out Pichu or Game 'n Watch or Young Link or the Iceclimbers. But I've never heard anyone seriously say they should take out Marth.

I would be surprised if they did, if only because he's popular among some tournament players.

Roy's days are numbered though. >_<*

Marth's popular? Cool! I didn't know that. I thought he wasn't very popular for some reason.

That kinda sucks that Roy might not be in it. I don't really play Roy very often, but it'd be bad for the people who do like to play him.

The picture with Link and Marth on your lookup is so awesome! Would it be okay if I make an icon with it? If not, that's all right. I'd understand. ^^;

Yeah, Marth's generally considered top tier, or high tier if you go by Smashboards' latest tier list. The top tournament player in the US (considered the best in the world) plays Marth.

Roy has it bad because he's like a second or third-rate Marth (ranks as low tier). But they might keep him because he still seems to have fans despite not getting much tournament action. It would suck for me if they took him out because then who would I slash Marth with, huh?

As for the Link and Marth pic in my profile, it's not mine. It was posted on DeviantArt a long time ago. When I put it in my profile, I went back to try and link to it, but I couldn't find it anymore. Possibly the person who took the screenshot took it down. So I don't mind if you make an icon, but I don't really have the right to say that.
