Ka-boom.

Love Tonks last line here, and her reaction to the dementor. It's good to get a look at what she thinks in despair and for happiness.

And Fluer? Still loving her immensly. Who brings sunglasses to work at a bank, indeed.

Yes, they're going ka-boom!

I enjoyed thinking of Tonks' good memories. She's only been qualified a really short time when we first meet her in OotP - months, really. I worked it out using the timelines and a bit of paper. (Although she's been in training for years.)

Fleur is sooo stylish it's unreal. You can see why Hermione is jealous. I know women like this. They just can't understand why you're not - I mean, what's wrong with you? You're just letting the side down! *g*

I need a Fleur icon, bigtime. She's so cool. What's with the Fluer? Is it a fandom thing? I've seen loads of people spell her name that way - is it some inside joke I don't know?

I don't know about anyone else but I tend to be a terrible speller. If I was writing a fic I would certainly check how her name is spelled, but in comments I tend to display my inability to spell.

Fleur (spelled correctly this time and everything... *sheepish*) is so cool and stylish isn't she? People like her usually rub me the wrong way but she is fun to read about in a fic.

Oh, I thought it was some funny joke I wasn't getting.

Fleur is the kind of character that's more fun to read about than know, I think. Like Snape, in a way, but less extreme. She's a cliche,(stereotypically beautiful instead of stereotypically ugly) magnificent and moody and best viewed from a distance - yet I think I've actually met people like her.

Tonks, on the other hand, is like your best mate, your well-meaning sister, your funny cousin. She's everywhere. She's me. Well, not entirely, but I write her a bit that way.
