okay! so i'm still alive, in new canaan, ct, at another rehab until mid-january. i owe a lot of apologies to people and have quite a bit of work to do still. i love you all and i hope you're doing well.. update me with your lives, i'm dying in here. the real world still exists, right?

You're on your way mama! I'm so proud of you for working so hard at this. I got pictures back the other day from our beach trip back in May. They made me miss you even more than I already do. I'm sorry I haven't been returning letters. There's no excuse for it.

So updates on my life:

I am almost definitely going to be on a National Slam team for this year, which is probably one of the most exciting things that's ever happened to me. Real results from things I'm passionate about...somehow I always was dubious about that pipe dream coming true.

I have a boyfriend, his name is James, and we live together. I can't wait for you to meet him!

School is going really well. I went through a period of time where I really thought I was going to drop out, because things are really bad between my parents and my dad's health was getting funky again in the fall, but things worked themselves out and I stuck with everything.

And most importantly, I can't wait until I get to see you again!
