I hereby decree that eggs scrambled with spicy pepperonis and feta cheese are made of both win and yum. Perhaps the only thing that might have improved them is pesto, but I cannot find my pesto reserve, so had to skip it. I will have to remember to pick some up at the store this afternoon

I think I might try to duplicate that research, of gyro meat and feta in eggs...yes, tha sounds like a good idea.

I debate on that point. Whether it should go in, or be drizzled over top a la salsa...
