There is less than week left to nominate for round four. Now is the time to get them in.

I will tell you now, if you don't get them in, your favorites may be in danger of not being nominated. Our numbers are still low. Here are where our numbers are, compared to the last round:

There are several other resources out there that could help, as well, such as harmony_bites' list of shorts, novellas, and longer length stories. (Please note that she is only human and could have missed a few!)

And my list (except for one post where I did ask) won't tell you what's eligible for the newly completed category, mostly only lists WIPs that have reached 40,000 words--though I continually update that--and isn't complete on the short story front because that would take 8 posts from me--one LJ post really can't hold more than about 130 stories.

By the way, in general, the number of stories posted in the ship has not fallen off. There are just about the same number of novels, novellas, shorts--I have this rounds and last rounds spreadsheets to prove it--and the novels and novellas in DH 1 & 2 are numbered on my lists so you can see that for yourself ( ... )

And yes, I agree, it's epics that we're most worried about -- they just aren't happening as often as they used to. I can only think of a handful off the top of my head. In general, that's what I was referring to as far as fic numbers falling off, because epics were a huge part of our fandom for so long, and now ... they're just gone. It's concerning.

It's good to know that shorts and novellas are hanging on, although, I agree, that's mostly due to the exchange and gs100. Thanks goodness for those comms!

I won't hate you ... but then, you'll post them before it's my turn again to input into the spreadsheet. *snickers*

Woo hoo!! That's about 2/3 the total number of nominations we had until today. LOL

Aw ... no one will hate you! You're actually a favorite because you post them in a way that's easy for us to input!

Please Shug don't stop the awards. It's fun to see your "fav" writer get an award or that "fav" story. I don't know what the problem was. I went around to TPP, Owl and Ashwinder and went to my favorites. Easy! I did take the titles and the way you wanted them posted and put them on a word document and then "copied and pasted" them into the LJ. I hope you can hang in there and that everyone realizes that we need to support this or it will go away.
