I love the bottle's reflection in Hermione's eyes as she's staring at it in the same sort of wonder that Severus is staring into her visage; his facial fluctuations are subtle but present, while at the same time seemingly as plain as his magnificent nose-and I can just so easily imagine all Hermione's thoughts and emotions, here. And then I turn my attention to your gloriously unusual and gorgeous potions phials, and I am rapt, stunned by shadow and light, and desirous to know what is contained therein. I'm deeply impressed that you answered your prompt in black and white (but I can imagine the phials in color, as well, thanks to your generous details). Brava!

The black and white and muted background gives me a perfect feel for the dark, damp cave. My favorite part has to be all the different bottles of potions. It looks like you had fun with this, MA.
